  • We prefer to communicate via text and email. You can contact your stylists directly or you can leave a message with our front desk. New reservations, confirmations and special events will be communicated via email or text. If you want to opt out of text or email communication, TEXT STOP to CANCEL Texting // 615-830-9236

  • You can book from our home screen or “team” page. Click the logo above, then click the “book now” button. You can also reserve time by calling 615-830-9236. However, booking online is the easiest way to book.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Time is important to all of us. As with most service-oriented professions, last minute cancellations create an immediate loss of income for the stylist. In an effort to protect our team's income, we require a credit card to make a reservation online. If you are unable to keep a reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All cancellations made after 24 hours in advance will be charged 100 percent of the services you reserved.

  • We charge a 2.5% surcharge on all digital transactions. Why? Simply: margins in our industry are small and the the yearly cost of processing is quite high (higher than our charge). As a business, our goal is to use this to help create an inviting working environment and guest experience.

    This amount is removed when using cash or check.
